Phil Morris is a native of Pembrokeshire, Wales (United Kingdom), where he spent his childhood and early years. A graduate of the University of Greenwich (London, England), Phil holds a Bachelor of Education degree. He lived in London and taught in the East End for five years (1998-2003) before relocating to Fort Myers, Florida. Phil and his wife Caroline, a native New Yorker, have been married for seven years.
A soccer player and enthusiast since early childhood, Phil became Director of Coaching for the Florida Premier Soccer Club shortly after arriving in the States. In 2006, he joined the faculty of Canterbury School, an independent K-12 college preparatory school in Fort Myers. During his eight-year tenure at Canterbury School, Phil served in a rich array of posts: teacher, coach, Assistant Athletic Director, Dean of Students and, finally, Director of Student Life for both the Middle and Upper Schools---grades 7-12. Discerning it was time for a career change and eager to take on new challenges, Phil moved from education to realty in August 2014, accepting a position as realtor at the firm of Keller Williams in Spring Hill, Tennessee. After a successful launch to his new career, Phil decided to return to Southwest Florida and enter the world of real estate at Pfeifer Realty Group.
When he can find a free moment, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, watching live sporting events, fishing, traveling and, like all his Welsh compatriots, beautiful choral music!
As the record shows, Phil truly enjoys helping others realize their dreams. Needless to say, he is excited to bring his experience, talents and desire to be of assistance to the Pfeifer Realty Group family. Finding the perfect home can quite frequently be a challenge, a very real "match" of sorts. Phil is anxious to bring his years of experience as a coach and mentor, along with his skills as a realtor, to the game.
