This small neighborhood has homes located on Mitzi Lane, Ardsley Lane, Vinca Way and Periwinkle Way in the central part of Sanibel close to shops, dining, grocery and banks.
This small community of homes is located on Martha's Lane just off of Periwinkle Way and owners share a community pool.
Sanibel River Estates
These homes are located on the river side of Rabbit Road, Bunny Lane, and Surf Sound Court. Owners enjoy deeded beach access.
Fun Fact: Most of the first road names on Sanibel were created by pioneers to describe where they went: East Gulf, Middle Gulf, West Gulf Drive, San-Cap Road, Tarpon Bay Road, and even Casa Ybel Road all described where they went. As Sam Bailey recalled "there were lots of periwinkles along the main road on Sanibel so it was named Periwinkle Way and there were always rabbits to be seen along Rabbit Road."
