Located near the beach on Middle Gulf Drive, Sea Pines consists of 6 townhouse style duplexes with a community pool and tennis courts. Owners may have pets.
Small group of West Gulf Drive homes with direct beach front lots make up this tiny community. Includes 3675 to 3705 West Gulf Drive.
Seagull Estates: This near beach community off of West Gulf Drive consists of 60 homesites. Owners enjoy deeded beach access, a community pool, tennis and club house. Streets included are Daniel Drive and Christopher Court.
Located on Sanibel's East End, only 7 homes are located in the Seahawk neighborhood. Owners enjoy near beach convenience and share 2 private tennis courts. The community offers easy off island access, and the Sanibel bike path is easily reached on East Gulf Drive as well as Periwinkle Way by using the Beach Road bike and pedestrian cut through. The beach is just a short walk down Beach Road.
