Located off of West Gulf Drive on Heather Lane, owners enjoy deeded beach access and quiet West End location.
This near beach community has several Gulf Front homes and owners enjoy deeded beach access right across from the Tradewinds Resort. Streets in the neighborhood include Jamacia Drive, Tahiti Drive and Tradewinds Drive.
Only 7 homes are found in this iconic victorian neighborhood complete with canal front gazebo. Owners enjoy boat lifts and on Sanibel's only Canal Basin and the widest canal area in Shell Harbor.
