Located off of Wulfert Road on Sanibel's West End, the streets of Henderson Road and Starling Way make up the Betts Community. Owners enjoy a boat ramp, direct Gulf Access Canals and are close to the Sanctuary Golf and Tennis Club, Sanibel's only private Golf Course.
Bright Water - Brightwater
This near beach community is located off of West Gulf Drive and consists of home sites on St. Kilda, Tiree Circle and Barra Circle. Owners enjoy deeded beach access and quiet, uncrowded beaches. West Gulf Drive has fewer condominiums along the beach producing private stretches of shell filled beaches.
