Off of Causeway Road, these 18 homes are all located on the direct access canal that leads out to San Carlos Bay. The community includes 14 townhouse style duplexes and 4 larger single family homes. Owners enjoy easy off island access, boat docks and lifts on direct access canals to the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a community pool and tennis courts, and deeded beach access. The deeded access path is located just to the right of Sanibel Harbor's deeded beach path on East Gulf Drive just west of Lindgren (Causeway Road).
This near beach community on Sanibel's West End consists of Phase I single family homes (Osprey Court, My Tern Court and Shearwater Drive) and Phase II Townhomes only located on Shearwater Drive. They all have deeded beach access, community pool, tennis and some access to clam bayou.

This neighborhood has only 10 homes sites on Sawgrass Place. Owners enjoy deeded beach access to some of Sanibel finest beaches. Located off of West Gulf Drive, Sawgrass Place is a quite street surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage. All homes are a short stroll to the beach. Beaches along West Gulf Drive are known for being more private and less crowded than Sanibel's East End beaches because there are fewer condominiums along West Gulf Drive than East Gulf Drive.
This neighborhood is located off of Periwinkle Way and owners enjoy an Olympic Size Pool, Tennis Courts, 9 Acre Wildlife Preserve and Grass Cutting. Convenient location in the central part of the island near shops, cafes, banks, and grocery stores. This neighborhood is an easy walk or bike ride to the Farmer's Market, the Sanibel Public Library and Big Arts.
While this community is not found in Public Records, it consists of 15 home sites along Middle Gulf Drive. Owners enjoy being near the beach as well as deeded beach access with parking. Homes look over the Sanibel Island Golf Club Course.
This near beach community offers deeded beach access and consists of only 13 home sites on Hurricane Lane. Owners enjoy Sanibel's quiet West End beaches just a short walk from their door. Sanibel beaches along West Gulf Drive are less crowded due to the lower density of condominiums. The Kearns neighborhood is conveniently located near Doc Fords, The Normandy Restaurant and the Baileys Shopping Center to name a few.
One of only three gated communities on Sanibel, Kinzie Island offer owners deeded beach access, clay tennis courts, a clubhouse with lockers, and boat dockage. Located just across the street from the beach, all homes in Kinzie Island are just minutes from the warm sandy Sanibel beaches. With a boat in your backyard and the Gulf of Mexico across the street, it's easy to see why this is a popular East End destination.
Kenzie Island is just minutes to the Sanibel Causeway making a drive off island quick and easy. For cycling enthusiasts, Sanibel's bike path runs along the neighborhood and there are more than 26 miles of shared use paths to explore and enjoy.
This inland community is close to the Heart of Island with shops, banking & grocery stores and medical services within walking distance. Streets include Windward Way, and Sand Pebble Way. Owners are just a short bike ride or stroll to many island businesses. There is a small lake behind some of the homes on Sand Pebble Way.
Lagoon Estates central location makes it easy for residents to bike or walk to Jerry's Shopping Center & Grocery Store, Bank of the Islands, the Medical Center, Island Dental, and Beachside Animal Clinic.
