Captiva Luminary Festival and Golf Cart Parade
LAST UPDATED: 26 November 2017

Every year, on the first Saturday of December, Captiva Island holds their annual Luminary Festival. Like Sanibel's Luminary Festival, this is a magical night where island residents, business owners and visitors gather to ring in the holidays island style. Luminary bags aglow with candles adorn the streets of Andy Rosse Lane in the Village. Businesses delight visitors with caroling and treats as you walk the paths.

Don't miss the annual holiday Golf Cart Parade that occurs right before dusk from 3:30 to 5:30 rain or shine. Golf carts of all kinds will be adorned from top to bottom in this Captiva style holiday tradition. The parade ends at Chadwick Square by South Seas with live music and socializing.
