2014 YTD sales total $68,506,911 with an additional $81,040,310 in pending sales on Sanibel & Captiva Islands. This week resulted in 10 more pending sales, 12 new listings and 12 closed sales and 16 price reductions. Our current island inventory of 431 listings for sale is down 46% from the peak of March 2009 (798 listings for sale) and is also down 13% from 2013's March inventory of 494 properties for sale.
