The real estate market continues to creep along slowly especially in our off-season during the summer months. Buyers are waiting for economic stability and sellers are waiting for the market to rebound. What is obvious, however, is that those buyers willing to make offers on properties in a down market continue to get great deals. Who would have guessed that a gulf front house would sell for $2,300,000, or a bay front house for $1,100,000 or a direct access canal front house for $505,000?
