    July island inventory is down 30% over last July and down 66% from our historic high which occurred 3-1-2009. This past week resulted in 7 new listings, 2 price reductions, 8 new pending sales and 12 closed sales.

    2015 YTD Sales on Sanibel & Captiva Islands have exceeded 327 Million with an additional 262 Million in pending sales. So far this year, Pfeifer Realty Group listings are selling 35% faster than all other sales island wide. Average days on the market, list to sell ratios and YTD sales statistics are all shown below.

Pending sales continue to outpace new listings further reducing our already low inventory. 2015 YTD Sales on Sanibel & Captiva Islands have exceeded 296 Million with an additional 253 Million in pending sales.
