When starting any type of project how do you select a color?
When our clients Heather and Joe bought their house they wanted to change the front door color. They wanted something classy, yet distinguished. They wanted a dark, rich color – but felt black and red had been over used.

Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
There are many other reasons besides being interested in selling your property why you may want or need to know the current value of your home, condominium, or land. A Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, is often needed if there's a change in a will, the loss of a spouse or partner, a divorce, or for estate planning purposes. If for any reason you need or want to know the value of your property in today's market, contact us. We will be happy to help you determine your property's value so that you can make a more educated decision about your investments and your future. We have provided this service for many Sanibel and Captiva Island property owners and is happy to do it for you too!
To request a CMA of your home, condominium or land, simply fill out the contact form.
During the past 48 hours on Sanibel Island, Tropical Storm Isaac delivered wind, rain and lots of waves. Sanibel fared very well with mimimal wind damage consisting mostly of fallen palm fronds and downed limbs.
While the high tide coincided with the surge as the storm passed well to the west, waters in the canal systems rose only to the sea wall caps before receeding. Strong waves continued Sunday & today August 27th as the winds pushed onshore.
