Hello and thanks for checking out my bio! Here is the Cliffs Notes version of my life (does anyone remember Cliffs Notes?!?). Grab some popcorn and enjoy!

I was born and raised in Edina, Minnesota, but spent most of my adult life in Zionsville, Indiana, after graduating with an education degree from the University of Evansville, in Evansville, Indiana. My connection to Sanibel Island spans three generations of family vacations, condo living, and eventually a beach-front home. (Tying these things in shortly.)

I spent five years teaching in Indianapolis Public Schools before changing professions to become a real estate agent in 2008 and haven't looked back since. I have been fortunate to consistently have ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents and have enjoyed practicing real estate in both of my homes, Indianapolis and Sanibel Island! (See, I told you I'd tie it in.)

Outside of real estate, my wife, Megan, and I have a family of 4 kids, way too many animals, and an extreme love for all things sports (watching/playing/coaching)! In addition, I also enjoy combining my love for teaching with real estate by hosting the Boom Real Estate Podcast and travelling nationally to educate fellow agents on those same teachings. Final fun fact for you. I was on and won Season 3 of Alt for Norge, one of Norway's top-rated reality TV shows! Crazy, but true!
