Bill was awarded Real Estate Rookie of the Year by the Sanibel Captiva Island Association of Realtors (SCIAR) at the Jan. 13th, 2022 Annual Meeting. This award requires an agent to be new to SCIAR within 18 months and must be inducted into the Honor Society. The Rookie of the Year award acknowledges an agent’s professionalism in addition to their participation in the Association and the island community. Bill is now the 5th agent at Pfeifer Realty Group to earn this honor, following in the footsteps of Eric Pfeifer, Wendy Kirschner, Greg Demaras, and Kelly Huguenin.

While Bill is a newcomer to real estate, his Sanibel and Captiva Island knowledge dates back more than 40 years.
