Bayside Village

Located on the north side of Periwinkle Way on Sanibel's East Side, Bayside Village includes 11 homes on North Yachtsman Way and a few homes along Periwinkle Way. They share a community pool and tennis as well as deeded beach access with the Sanibel Estates Community. Bayside Village is a small subdivision within the Sanibel Estates larger subdivision area.

Owners enjoy easy access to quaint cafe's and shops in Sanibel's "Old Town" where you can walk easily to the Bay, the Beach, the Sanibel Historic Lighthouse and Fishing Pier. Restaurants within walking distance include the Lighthouse Cafe and Grandma Dot's at the Sanibel Marina.
