Denny Sarokin, a Songwriter met a beautiful woman, Suzie in during the Winter of 1981. Life was good as they enjoyed the snow filled days together. Everything seemed perfect, until Denny received a post card from Suzie sent from Sanibel Island a thousand miles away. No return address. Denny's heart was broken. Within two hours, Denny wrote the song "Sanibel".

In 2014, Denny Sarokin made his first trip to Sanibel Island. Eric and Mary Ellen Pfeifer together with the talent of David E. Carter and the generous support from the Sanibel Moorings and Casa Ybel Resort brought Denny to Sanibel to film the first and only music video done on the island.

Today, Denny lives in Nashville and is still a very successful songwriter. He stays in touch with David and the Pfeifers.
