Sanibel and Captiva Youth Flag Football wrapped up its third season Friday February 10th, 2006. The league was started by Eric Pfeifer in 2003 and continues to be a favorite winter sport with many island children. Games are played on Friday nights under the lights at the Sanibel School. Sanibel Youth Flag Football was started by Eric Pfeifer in 2003 to expose kids to the game of football in a relaxed neighborhood environment.
