Compass Point owners enjoy a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, grills, covered parking and elevators. The top floor units also have roof top sun decks that offer fantastic views of the Sanibel beach and Gulf of Mexico. The Middle Gulf location provides access to many island businesses including the Sanibel Golf Club, the Blue Coyote Dinner Club, and many nearby restaurants and shops along Periwinkle Way.
