Eric Pfeifer was awarded VIP’s top Sales Associate for 2005. Not only did Eric finish the year as Sanibel and Captiva’s number one VIP sales associate but he was also the top real estate agent for all 5 VIP offices throughout Southwest Florida! Eric also won two more company-wide awards for marketing excellence by a sales associate. He earned one marketing excellence award for representing more buyers than any other Southwest Florida VIP agent and another award for performing the most real estate transactions as a sales associate company-wide in 2005.

In only three short years Pfeifer rocketed from “Rookie of the Year” in 2002 to “Realtor of the Year” in 2005. Along the way, Eric also obtained his Brokers License, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designations. Moving to Sanibel in 2001, Eric and his wife Mary Ellen quickly became involved donating countless hours of time and energy to the island community. In his spare time, you will find Eric coaching his son John in little league baseball and basketball and coaching his daughter Darby in softball. He also started Sanibel’s first NFL youth flag football league which just completed its third season. Eric sits on the board of the Sanibel Captiva Kiwanis Club, and he is also on the Sanibel and Captiva Parks and Recreation Committee.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Eric attended The Gilman School and is also a graduate of Vanderbilt University’s School of Engineering. With his professional Engineering License in the state of Florida and his Contactor’s License, Eric is committed to providing his buyers and sellers with outstanding service.
