If you are planning your Sanibel Captiva vacation, keep in mind that our busy high season runs Mid-January thru Easter weekend.

Most Sanibel condos rent Saturday to Saturday with a one-week minimum, while Sanibel homes must be rented for a minimum of 28 days. Captiva Island homes and condos can be rented weekly. There are a few exceptions to these rules depending on the Home Owner's Associations.
