Mete and Bounds is not a neighborhood. It is a category used to idenify all homes that are not in a neighborhood or association. This community name will show up on many properties, but does not lend itself to this format for sorting and finding new listings. Homes are scattered from Sanibel Captiva Blvd to Periwinkle Way as well as East and West Gulf Drives. Metes and Bounds can also contain homes that have been mis-marked. We have chosen to include it because it is in the tax data and generates many questions.
