Recently, the Sanctuary Golf Club and the City of Sanibel Recreation Center entered into a Corporate Partnership benefiting the children of the community. Children enrolled in the City’s Recreation Center programs will have the opportunity to receive golf lessons at The Sanctuary Golf Club. Additionally The Sanctuary Golf Club made a contribution to the Recreation Center’s youth programs and has given the Recreation Department a golf cart to help maintain and support the athletic fields. In return, employees of The Sanctuary Golf Club will be provided with corporate memberships to the City Recreation Center.
The Sanctuary Golf Club is the only private golf club on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
