We add sales data every month at the end of each month. This data allows trends to be spotted as the average sales prices increase and days on the market decrease. Conversely we see that during the down turn in the economy this trend flips.
Our office also tracks inventory over time and we are happy to provide inventory numbers for Sanibel homes for sale, Sanibel condos for sale, and Captiva homes for sale and Captiva condos on the market. These figures help determine how many years of inventory are listed based on past years sales volume.
